AI follow up for realtors, set up around how you work

Your new inquiries, and your past clients if you want, get a note drafted in your voice, in English, Spanish or any language your clients write in. A draft is waiting on your phone, and you still hit send.

LUR sets up AI follow up for real estate agents. Carlos Argueta sets it up inside your own email and calendar and checks in with you every month.

Each setup is custom. It starts with a look at what is working and what is hurting in your business, and the quickest wins go in first.

Where the time goes

Where good people slip through the cracks

  • A past client lists with someone else because they figured you had moved on.
  • A great first call, then a busy week, and the next step never happens.
  • A portal inquiry waits while you are at a showing, and by evening they are talking to another agent.
  • The open house sign in sheet stays in your bag until Tuesday.
  • Someone you showed homes to goes quiet, and later you see they bought with another agent.
  • Your evenings go to the texts you meant to send at noon.

The people are already in your phone. LUR helps you keep up with them, so you can work the people you already have before you buy more names.

What LUR sets up

What is waiting for you each morning

A setup can include any of these, picked after we look at how you work. Each item is a draft or a list. Nothing goes to a client until you read it and send it. Drafts sound like you because the setup studies the tone and word choices in emails you sent over the past year and sets custom rules from them.

01

Replies to new inquiries

When a portal or website inquiry arrives, a reply is drafted from your listing facts with two showing times from your calendar. If they wrote in Spanish or another language, the reply is drafted in their language. It waits on your phone until you send it.

See the reply sheet we start from.

02

Who has no next step

A setup can include a short weekly list of people you talked to who have no next step yet, with a suggested note for each. You decide who hears from you and when.

04

Weekly seller updates

A setup can include a weekly update for each active listing, drafted from the showings and feedback you log. Your seller gets a clear update, and the talk about price stays with you.

05

Dates and reminders

If you want date reminders, you enter the key dates, like inspection and closing. Reminders for you and your client are drafted before each one.

06

Past client check-ins

If you want it, a setup can include a short monthly note to past clients you pick, drafted in your voice about something real, like the anniversary of their move or a question you asked them last time. You send each note yourself.

Also available: listing description drafts from a voice note after a walkthrough, and a short note drafted for your CRM after a call, which you look over before it is saved.

These are examples of what we set up. Each setup depends on how you already work. More detail is on the use cases page.

On your license

What never leaves your hands

LUR drafts the routine notes. These stay with you, every time.

  • Price and rate talk
  • Negotiation and contract language
  • Bad news, and the hard moments with a client
  • The first call to a friend or a referral
  • Anything sent to a group at once
  • Anything public, before you have read it
  • Safety calls, like whether to meet someone alone
  • Fair Housing judgment and your brokerage rules

You read every draft. You send every message.

Fair Housing

How Fair Housing fits in

Realtor setups write about the property and the next step. They are written to avoid describing a neighborhood by who lives there, and to avoid suggesting where someone should or should not live. You read what clients see before it goes. Federal Fair Housing law protects race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, and national origin. State and local law can add more classes. A language check can miss things and does not guarantee compliance. Your brokerage rules still apply. Read how limits and guardrails work.

Monthly check-in

Each month Carlos checks in with you. You tell him what felt off and what you want help with next, and he adjusts the setup. When a newer AI tool fits the way you work, he adds it then.

Realtor questions

LUR. Carlos Argueta looks at how you work and sets up AI follow up inside your own email and calendar, such as listing inquiry replies and open house notes drafted for you to send. He shows you how to adjust it and checks in with you every month.
Yes. A blank chat window does not know your clients or your listings. LUR connects the AI to the accounts you already use, like your email and CRM, and starts from your own notes and contacts. Tell us in the intake which AI tools you already use. Drafts stay on property facts and the next step, and you read every draft before it goes.
No. Every message waits for you. Nothing goes out on its own, and nothing goes to a group at once. You read each draft and send it yourself.
Drafts are set up to sound like you. The setup studies the tone and word choices in emails you sent over the past year and sets custom rules from them. If a line still does not sound like you, change it, and tell Carlos at your check-in so he can adjust the rules.
Yes. Drafts can be written in Spanish or any language your clients write in, with the same property facts and the same rules. You read each one before you send it.
Keep your CRM. A drip sends the same note to a list on a schedule. These drafts are written one person at a time, from what you know about them, and you send each one.
Drafts stay on the property facts you provide and the next step. They are written to avoid steering or screening by race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin, or other protected classes under federal, state and local law, and to avoid describing a neighborhood by who lives there. A language check can miss things and does not guarantee compliance. You and your brokerage decide what goes out, and your brokerage rules still apply.
Your contacts stay in your own accounts. Carlos sets things up there, inside the tools you already use. LUR does not sell your information or share it for advertising.
No. LUR does not promise leads, sales or any result. It helps you keep up with the people you already have.
No. Carlos does the setup in your accounts and shows you how to adjust it. Your part is a conversation about how your week runs, then reading drafts.
Typically email, text messages, your calendar, your CRM, website and portal inquiries, and open house sign-ins. We confirm your exact tools during intake. If we cannot connect one, we tell you up front.
