Who we are
LUR is run by Carlos Argueta. You can reach us at carlos@prmode.ai.
What we collect
When you ask for a guide, we collect your email address and, if you type them, your first name and what you do for work. If you ask for the open house master prompt, we also collect your first name and, if you type it, a phone number or company name. We also record which guide you asked for, the page you sent the form from and the time you sent it. Cloudflare also tells us which country the request came from, and we save that with your details. Your IP address is used for a few minutes in scrambled form to block spam and is not saved with your details. The guide forms do not ask for a phone number. Numbers you type into the calculators on a guide page stay in your browser and are not sent to us.
How it is stored
The form sends your details to a Cloudflare Pages Function, which saves them in Cloudflare storage. We then copy them into a Notion database we use to keep track of guide requests. Cloudflare and Notion process this data for us so the form can work.
Cookies and browser storage
This site does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Your browser saves two small settings on your device: your light or dark theme choice, and which guide PDFs you have already asked for, so you do not have to fill in the form again. You can clear them by clearing your browser's site data.
How we use it
We use your details to give you the guide or prompt you asked for and to send you the occasional LUR update by email. If you ask for the master prompt, Carlos may email or call you once about it. We do not send texts. A person at LUR approves every email before it goes out.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information or share it for advertising. This form is meant for adults using it for work.
Unsubscribe
You can stop LUR emails at any time. Reply "unsubscribe" to any email we send, or email carlos@prmode.ai and ask to be removed. We remove you within 10 business days, usually sooner.
Deleting your information
To ask us to delete your details, email carlos@prmode.ai from the address you used on the form and say you want them deleted. We will remove them from our Cloudflare storage and our Notion database within 30 days and confirm by email.
How long we keep it
We keep your details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
Changes to this page
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
